Clarvo provides tools for tracking your visa application status with USCIS and other immigration agencies.

2c. Resources

Aggregate client information may be utilized to provide resources such as statistical data and research on immigration issues. It's crucial to note that we do not publicly disclose personal information or share it with third parties, except for attorneys for evaluation purposes. Clarvo disclaims responsibility for any third-party disclosure of your information.

2d. App Store and Platform Compliance

Clarvo complies with platform-specific privacy requirements, including Apple App Store and Google Play. As part of this compliance:

Clients may receive evaluations from attorneys within the Clarvo open network in exchange for a fee calculated in Clarvo credit. Contact and sensitive immigration information is shared with participating attorneys.

3b. Limitation of Responsibility

Clarvo does not assume responsibility for actions or evaluations conducted by third parties in the Clarvo network.

3c. CCPA Compliance – Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), subject to certain exceptions:

Clients retain autonomy to opt for or decline further communication from attorneys post-evaluation.
